This facility allows for (typically) an emergency number to be called which in turn rings a group of numbers which can be both internal and external destinations e.g. mobile phones/wireless devices of key staff. Even if one or more phone in this hunt group has an overflow to voicemail activated the call will remain ringing on all devices until an acceptance code entered on the answering device. This ensures that these urgent calls are answered by staff and not ‘lost’ to voicemail.
This facility can be offered to both Managed Office staff or tenants.
