The Operator Console is PC based and can be used as a partner application to a deskphone, or in Softphone mode. With its clear display, tenant identification is given on call presentation so the appropriate response can be given. Utilising a HTML web panel integration with external packages can be achieved to present bespoke call answer information to staff.
Including both an internal directory and ability to run a large Busy Lamp Field (BLF) display, BLF User information is available showing idle, busy, ring, DND and logout or the same is achieved by operating the ‘dial ahead’ function. This ensures centre staff can manage both office based and virtual Users.
